All seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging must remain intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened sealed products

Clearance or sale items

4. How to Request a Return

Do not ship products back without approval from our support team.
5. Return Pickup
If your return is approved:
We may arrange a pickup from your address, or
You may be asked to self-ship the product
Customers must ensure products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
In certain cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are processed within 5β10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
COD charges, shipping fees, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

COD Orders

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging without revealing product details on the outer package.
